Every Customer Truly Counts

Every customer count! This is my logo as a new entrepreneur. I understand how important it is to keep customers. Customers are the bone of every business, without them, there is no business, obviously you can't be buying your own product, that's not bussiness.

For marketers that understand this trick, you will sacrifice to ensure you hold your good customers. Upholding your integrity, keeping up with time, showing concerns, and taking feedback intentionally from your customers.

I don't think a marketer can lose a great customer carelessly if he upholds to those listed features above. Sometimes people make mega sales more than others simply because they are more strategic. It's vital to seek wisdom and implement the needed ones to make your business move.

It's an error to sit down and complain that you aren't making money whereas you don't have a unique character or trick to hold your customers jealously.

One thing about maintaining a good customer relationship is that it has the capacity of opening a fresh door for more customers. It is called a "chain connection" from one of my customers here. People can easily recommend you or your product to their friends because you are good, you are up and doing too.

Character is important; unfortunately, the only marketer I have working for me just messed up with our good client over his nonchalant behavior. It's sad to realize that, upon my lengthy discussion with the client. The client told me she got another committed marketer from another company who delivers just the time she needs to restock rather than mine, who lies a lot, doesn't communicate or pick up his calls, and disappoints her with more complaints.

Losing a great client is not a joke, but with wisdom, I am working on gaining her trust again. Every customer counts!

Yes, every customers count. Honestly, we have to always treat our customers with respect. The way he behave to the customer is not right because when customers sees any fault from where they buy things, they will disconnect with that person and look for another person that can deliver more than that person.

Disconnection it is...that's why it's vital to be intentional dealing with a client

Good call on the feedback loop, listening is how you turn one client into five.

No doubt
