I remeneerv by first time running for a long time, I do feel this hotness in the chest and also in my breathing, it seems heavy but my body will still be active, later alomgside i started feeling the heavyness on the chest start reducing, this are strenouse excersise gym cannot give us, Yes they have their usefulmess but can it be complete without a long run?
I love running not just as a way to workout but I think this is how I have always been clearing my minds
So far. I remember my first heartbreak and that the thought kept being overwhelming, i started running and I noticed that after I ran for a while the thought would reduce in my mind and this has been one of my life hacks to clear my mind and stay active.
Running and jogging are one way I clear my mind and stay active, i know some people talk about the gym as being their main priority and main place to ease their mind, but to me, running and jogging are everything I need. Listening to that cool nusic in my earpod and moving around the steeet freely is one way i am happy and feel relaxed, inlobe listening to soft music or heavily hard music depending on my mood or whats really botherinh me at that moment.
It gladdens me qhen i see ladies also emgage in this to stay fit and clear thier mind and trust me this js a great approach to everything, sometimes this is all we need. Presently the only thing that give me jou is running. Another life hack i noticed is that, doing an arch saw pressup and a bench pressup is one way to increase the chest, Squarting for long is another way to increase the leg balance and muscles. Sport anf excersise sometimes is all we need to stay active !! We may think we are encourninh problesm but all we need sometimes is a good run and an intresting song to play while runninh or a good prtner to run with, this are one of the things that makes everything so simple and easy.

I run at least 3x a week, i dont always count the distance but i think i will need to download app to statt counting but for sure its a veey long distance that sometimes i remove my vest and just keep on running because of the hotnwss i can feel it, sometomes i wish there was snow in my country.
