I was absent for a few days for very personal reasons, now active again on the #hive platform.

Excellent start of the weekend, as every weekend galenkp makes us an exercise of memory or to make a small trip to the future according to the questions he asks and what would be the reaction to them as human beings.

Could you give up sugar forever?
Explain why or why not.

The subject of food has always been present from generation to generation, this has brought multiple studies, comments from the medical point of view about the consumption of certain foods to achieve positive health as you get older. On the other hand, there are trends towards natural food without chemical additives or exaggerated processing, which have a harmful influence on organisms of any age.

We have always been surrounded by white sugar in our homes, used to sweeten juices, make desserts and so our palate was educated to consume sugar, this in one way or another is increasing because every day there is production of sweets in the market observing a very high consumption of sugar.

I have always been very sweet, all of us at home have been and as our parents also liked sweets, it seems that there was no limit to the consumption of sweets in juices and desserts. Juices like tamarind, mango, parchita require a certain amount to make this juice less acidic...that's my experience.

Sometimes I am told that I am weird, because despite being sweet I consume juices without sugar, coffee for some time now, perhaps because I have created awareness towards its consumption. It is part of achieving an acceptable health.

I don't think I will give up sugar forever, because as I explained in previous paragraphs I like sweets, now I am more cautious when consuming desserts and juices that for some reason I have to use white sugar or I use paprika syrup as a substitute.

Wow another man food is another man's poison, I no longer use sugar because of age and it now cause stomach upset for me but at tender age I consumed a lot of it

Good, I don't use it anymore

I love the perseverance of each week to participate in these suggestions that every week the friend @galenkp summons us. Sugar that shout so appropriate to this topic. Truly, to refuse a quesillo, desserts, cakes, a sweet is for the brave.

It's always nice to read you, this week the electricity has been good.

A big hug @mercmarg
