I recently purchased 18 cases and got some nice Gladius cards. In total 1 legendary, 6 epics and 21 rares. That is better than the bare minimum of 1 rare per case. On top of that two gold foil common. I will take these results any day.
I was able to level up some Gladius monsters in this recent purchase.
A level four Gorth.
A level six Kotriphus Bayne.
For a combined total of nearly 190k collection power in my Gladius collection alone. This is about 10% of my overall collection, which makes it an important collection to build and grow.
I have spend years in adding Gladius where ever I can and continue to do so until there is new set of cards. Until then earning merits is where it is at.
