Hola a todos los amigos que siempre nos damos cita en #juevestbt. Hoy les traigo un recuerdo muy especial y que atesoro con mucho cariño, ya que el tiempo pasa volando y no perdona.
Les presento a mi pequeño príncipe Anthony David, esta fue su foto de cuando cumplió un mes de nacido.
Ese primer mes de vida estuvo lleno de desvelos, miedos, descubrimientos y experiencias que enriquecieron mi aprendizaje como mamá primeriza.
Recuerdo ahora con nostalgia lo que en aquel entonces era la tarea más difícil de todas : el baño. Era toda una batalla cuerpo a cuerpo, en ocasiones por no decir la mayoría de las veces, salía empapada de pies a cabeza. Era tan imposible sujetar aquel diminuto cuerpo , con las manos llenas de jabón y por supuesto , aquí el caballerito no paraba de llorar, haciendo más intenso este momento.
Por otra parte adoraba las siestas encima de mi pecho, mi seno era su más grato lugar seguro. Esa tierna mirada directa a mis ojos mientras amamantaba quedará en mi memoria por siempre.
El día de su primera foto se comportó de lo mejor, se lució como todo un modelo, ahora es fan número uno de capturar cada momento y objeto con el teléfono de su papá o el mío. Es gracioso cuando reviso mi teléfono y está la galería llena de fotografías a lo Anthony. Jajaja .
Ya han pasado dos años desde ese momento, ahora veo el álbum que solemos hacer las mamás con las fotos de todos los meses y las lágrimas inundan mis ojos, ver como pasò de valerse de mi para todo a quitarme la cuchara y decirme - el nené come la papa , mamá - y arrebatármela sin más, ahí me di cuenta que el tiempo es oro y pasa tan deprisa.
Atesora y vive al máximo cada momento con tus hijos, guarda cada recuerdo con ellos, en un futuro se convertirán en curitas para el alma.

Hello to all the friends who always meet up for #thursdaybt. Today I'm bringing you a very special memory that I cherish fondly, as time flies and is unforgiving.
I present to you my little prince Anthony David. This was his photo from when he turned one month old.
That first month of his life was full of sleepless nights, fears, discoveries, and experiences that enriched my learning process as a new mom.
I now fondly remember what back then was the hardest task of all: bathing. It was a close-quarters battle; sometimes, if not most of the time, I'd come out soaked from head to toe. It was so impossible to hold that tiny body, with my hands full of soap, and of course, the little gentleman wouldn't stop crying, making this moment even more intense.
On the other hand, he loved naps on my chest; my breast was his most gratifying safe place. That tender look straight into my eyes while breastfeeding will forever be etched in my memory.
The day of his first photo, he was on his best behavior, looking like a model. Now he's a huge fan of capturing every moment and object with his dad's phone or mine. It's funny when I check my phone and find the gallery full of Anthony-esque photos. Hahaha.
It's been two years since that moment. Now I look back at the album we moms usually make with the monthly photos, and tears well up in my eyes. I see how he went from relying on me for everything to taking the spoon away from me and saying, "The baby's eating his potato, Mommy," and then snatching it away from me. That's when I realize that time is precious and it passes so quickly.
Treasure and live every moment with your children to the fullest, save every memory with them; in the future, they'll become Band-Aids for your soul.
