Sunday Walk
Sundays tend to be fairly quiet and usually routine days: many go to church to reaffirm their faith and achieve a more intimate connection with the Creator, others prefer to rest and wake up late, while there are those who dedicate it to exercise, or catch up with household chores.
As for me, I am no exception, and from time to time when the day is clear, I take a walk around the city after leaving the morning mass, simply to disconnect a little from everyday life, while I observe, and occasionally photograph, buildings, landscapes and people I meet along the way.
These photos from my personal archive were taken a few months ago during one of my Sunday walks.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Los domingos suelen ser días bastante tranquilos y normalmente rutinarios: muchos acuden a las iglesias para reafirmar su fe y lograr una conexión más íntima con el Creador, otros prefieren descansar y despertarse tarde, mientras que hay quienes lo dedican para ejercitarse, o ponerse al día con los quehaceres del hogar.
Por mi parte, yo no soy la excepción, y de vez en cuando cuando el día está despejado, acostumbro a pasear por la ciudad luego de salir de la misa de la mañana, sencillamente para desconectarme un poco de la cotidianidad, mientras observo, y ocasionalmente fotografío, edificaciones, paisajes y personas que encuentro en el camino.
Estas fotos pertenecientes a mi archivo personal, las tomé unos meses atrás durante una de mis caminatas dominicales.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
