Since I am not very assiduous to consume anime series for a long time I thought I had not really seen any, however after delving into my childhood I realized that I had actually seen several of different styles; Candy, Heidi, Marco, Sailor Moon and of course I could not overlook Doraemon, as it brought me many smiles and encouraged my evenings when I was doing nothing after having done my homework, I even remember clearly the intro and it gives me a lot of nostalgia 😊. Although I understand that as an anime it was released in the 70's, I started watching it in the 90's and I even remember having a Doraemon stuffed animal.
Ya que no soy muy asidua a consumir series de anime por mucho tiempo pensé que realmente no había visto ninguna, no obstante luego de ahondar en mi niñez me di cuenta que en realidad había visto varios de diferentes estilos; Candy, Heidi, Marco, Sailor Moon y desde luego no podía pasar por alto Doraemon, ya que me sacó muchas sonrisas y animó mis tardes cuando yo estaba sin hacer nada luego de haber hecho mis tareas, incluso recuerdo con claridad la intro y me da mucha nostalgia 😊. A pesar de que tengo entendido que como anime se estrenó por allá en los años 70, yo comencé a verlo en los 90 y hasta recuerdo haber tenido un peluche de Doraemon.
Overview/Resumen
Nobita is a primary school student who at some point receives a strange visit from a cosmic cat, although at first Nobita thinks it is a raccoon, this cat of immense power warns him about the future, since he has a tendency to bad luck, so from that moment Doraemon becomes his friend and guardian, preventing him from getting into difficulties, advising him and solving many of his problems with the help of his cosmic superpowers.
Nobita es un niño estudiante de primaria que en algún momento recibe la extraña visita de un gato cósmico, aunque al inicio Nobita cree que es un mapache, este gato de inmenso poder lo advierte sobre el futuro, ya que él tiene tendencia a la mala suerte, así que desde ese momento Doraemon se vuelve su amigo y guardián, evitando que se meta en dificultades, aconsejándolo y resolviendo muchos de sus problemas con ayuda de sus superpoderes cósmicos.

My Opinion/Mi Opinión
Each episode is different from the previous one, so it doesn't follow a chronological order or a linear story, which makes you can watch any episode without having a deep context about the origin of the main character. What I liked the most was Doraemon's magic pocket that kept everything, but the best was his magic door, which could take you to any part of the world (an incredible technology even if you know that Doraemon comes from the future, specifically the 22nd century so it could be considered magic) although it made me laugh so much that often all the technological gadgets that Doraemon pulled out of his pocket, although they looked amazing usually caused more problems than solutions, so imagine that combined with poor Nobita who had a tendency to disaster and bad luck 😂. My favorite of all the artifacts was the time machine because it allowed you to learn about future or past generations and was a very useful tool when studying history, for example.
Cada episodio es diferente al anterior, osea no sigue un orden cronológico ni una historia lineal, lo que hace que puedas ver cualquier episodio sin tener un contexto profundo sobre la procedencia del personaje principal. Lo que más me gustaba era que el bolsillo mágico de Doraemon que guardaba de todo, pero lo mejor era su puerta mágica, la cuál te podía llevar a cualquier parte del mundo (una tecnología incluso increíble aunque sepas que Doraemon viene del futuro, específicamente el siglo XXII así que podría considerarse magia) aunque me causaba muchísima risa que a menudo todos los artefactos tecnológicos que Doraemon sacaba de su bolsillo, aunque se veían increíbles por lo general causaban más problemas que soluciones, así que imaginen eso combinado con el pobre Nobita que tenía tendencia al desastre y a la mala suerte 😂. Mi favorito entre todos los artefactos era la máquina del tiempo porque esta te permitía conocer a generaciones futuras o pasadas y era una herramienta muy útil a la hora de estudiar historia, por ejemplo.
But speaking of Doraemon's magical objects, what about the time scarf? This object could age or rejuvenate people, objects and animals, it was simply epic 😄 I think Doraemon was the solution to all of mankind's problems, of course, as long as everything went as planned. Pero hablando de los objetos mágicos de Doraemon ¿Qué me dicen ustedes del pañuelo del tiempo? Este objeto podía envejecer o rejuvenecer a personas, objetos y animales, era simplemente épico 😄 creo que Doraemon era la solución a todos los problemas de la humanidad, claro, siempre y cuando todo saliera como estaba planeado. ¿Cuál es tu objeto favorito de los que tiene el gato cósmico en su bolsillo mágico?
I like the fact that Nobita is not a perfect protagonist, in fact he is clumsy, lazy and disastrous, in short someone destined to failure, which completely broke with the pre-established mold of the manga of the time in which this was created (the 70's) the protagonists should be strong and independent, however Fujiko F. Fujio (one of the creators of Doraemon) decided to draw inspiration from his own childhood to create Nobita, which gives an extra touch of reality to the character because it really is like that, children are not perfect and there are some who need more guidance than others, but in the end Nobita learns to bring out his inner strength and show his best qualities because above all he values Doraemon's effort.
Me gusta el hecho de que Nobita no es un protagonista perfecto, de hecho es torpe, perezoso y desastroso, en pocas palabras alguien destinado al fracaso, lo cual rompía por completo con el molde preestablecido de los mangas de la época en la que este fue creado (los años 70) los protagonistas debían ser fuertes e independientes, sin embargo Fujiko F. Fujio (uno de los creadores de Doraemon) decidió inspirarse en su propia niñez para crear a Nobita, lo cual le da un toque extra de realidad al personaje porque realmente es así, los niños no son perfectos y hay unos que necesitan más guía que otros, pero al final de cuentas Nobita aprende a sacar su fuerza interior y mostrar sus mejores cualidades porque por encima de todo valora el esfuerzo de Doraemon.
The anime highlights values such as friendship, companionship and the fact of not giving up in the face of adversity, it exalts perseverance and learning through experiences and one of the things I remember with special affection was the Ending song which was about taking care of the planet and fighting to build a better future for the new generations, it was simply beautiful.
El anime resalta valores como la amistad, el compañerismo y el hecho de no rendirse ante las adversidades, exalta la perseverancia y el aprendizaje mediante las experiencias vividas y una de las cosas que recuerdo con especial cariño era la canción del Ending la cuál trataba sobre cuidar el planeta y luchar por construir un futuro mejor para las nuevas generaciones, era simplemente hermoso.
Anyway, it is an anime worth remembering, or knowing, if you have never seen it, it is dynamic and even tender on many occasions, there are so many hilarious and funny situations that happen that it is impossible to get bored, so I totally recommend it.
