Bread as morning breakfast sets the tone of the day--Unknown

Joining in this challenge stirred up my excitement and joy knowing that each one of us loved so much to eat bread every morning as a substitute for a meal or breakfast.Some would prefer eating breads paired with coffee and milk,choco and etc.

Sharing to you my morning sweet experienced with these delicious buns and how it made our day golden as these fuel our mornings one slice at a time..Early in the morning @4:00a.m I used to prepare this banana puto before going to work,so here's the quick guide on how to make this.Its very convenient to make banana puto most especially if you have ripened bananas at home.

A TASTE OF HOME: Morning made better with my sweet banana puto 🍞
Every morning, we used to eat this before taking some breakfast or meal.I enjoyed making banana puto for my family and kids.
So here's a quick step by step procedures on how I do it..
Prepare all the materials and ingredients needed needed
3pcs ripened bananas (mashed)
1 1/2 c of all purpose flour (sifted)
1 tbsp baking powder
1tbsp baking soda
4tbsp oil/butter
1tsp of salt
1c of brown sugar
2pcs of eggs
3/4 c evaporated milk
To achieve a great and desired texture of banana puto sifting the flour first is the best thing to do.
Mashed the bananas until it becomes smooth and light in texture.

After preparing all of these.In the mixing bowl, place the 2 PC's eggs and stir it and add the 1cup of sugar and mixed it thoroughly.

Constantly mixing it add the milk and the sugar, continue mixing until the sugar dissolved.

While stirring it, add alternately the flour in it and the mashed bananas..


When you reached the texture youve desired.Prepared the molder and start filling in the mixture into its puto molder.


Placed it in a steamer when the water is boiling.Steamed it for about 10-15 minutes

When it's cooked,it becomes Brown and removed it in its molder.

And it's ready to be paired with coffee or choco..
OUR FAVORITE BREADS TO START THE DAY
There were times when I'm in a hurry and can't prepared the morning meal,instead I also used to buy breads in the nearest bakeshop.Here are the names of my most favorite bread-fast.

The following breads are top on my list: ube pandesal, kalamay bread, and King roll bread

The morning is perfectly fine when you're favorite breads are paired with this hot chocolate.

My day is complete and filled with joy with my morning favorites and best breads...🍞 🍞 🍞
