Happy #aliveandthriving Friday afternoon / evening to you, and thank you for your visit!
So this afternoon I took out the bike and rode around a little as I am down in miles this week - "high winds"!
First I rode over to the Park and saw this "Ibis" over by the rocks,
Then it flew past me and landed on the rocks in front of me,
And unfortunately right then I had a "phone/camera" problem and he flew away!
So I figured I am out and I rode around a little and then went home - and fixed the problem!
After awhile I headed back out and on one of the neighborhood streets and the field behind it I saw Sunflowers still growing! So I took a few photos to share. This one I got a Bee getting some pollen,
And this one seems to be a little bit different species. Google really didn't have any advice except the first one is a common Sunflower and maybe the second is a beach Sunflower.
Continuing on by the stream at the edge of the Park I caught this boat coming in,
And here a little closer,
And finally, I saw the Ibis found a friend and they were both hanging around at the edge of the stream,
And that was a few photos from my #aliveandthriving Friday afternoon!
