This is my weekly milage update #88 in the #cycling community.
This is the thirteenth week of '26 and last week I finally put a few (very few) miles / kilometers on the Green bike! Let's hope the trend continues and at least I finally have the computer batteries, tires, etc. all ready to go!
And so on to the miles/kilometers,
"Brutus"
At the end of this week it is at,
344 miles / 553.614 kilometers
minus 83 miles / 133.57 kilometers
(start of year miles)
= 261 miles / 420.038 kilometers for the year
And 17 miles / 27.358 kilometers for the week!
A, 2 mile / 3.218 kilometer improvement!
I finally did get to ride the Green bike last week so it's finally in the numbers - albeit not many last week.
2.291miles / 3.687 kilometers
Which gives me a weekly total of,
19.291 miles and 31.045 kilometers,
And for the year combined,
263.291 miles / 423.725 kilometers
Well it's a start, let's see how far it goes! One thing I can say though, although I have had this bike since '07... After riding "Brutus" a few hundred miles, the skinny (though fat for a bicycle "1.95's") feel very "twitchy"!)
