Working will be so much easier when you are in a team where toxicity never exists. A team that treated each other as friends, as family. But the reality is that even with the strongest team, solid teammates. and awesome friendship, we have individual goals that we want to achieve, which will make us leave the squad. Now, I am the one leaving the team.
So this time, let me bring you to our last trip together as teammates (not as friends, because we will surely meet again) at House of Gwapa
Our two-day stay here was peaceful and fun. Since the house is located in a mountain barangay away from the City, the air is so cold and the place is quiet, wherein you can only hear the birds singing.
The house is one of those native houses common in the Philippines, which is made of Amakan, which are bamboo strips woven together, so as bamboo furniture.
We are renting the whole house, which only has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a separate Kubo
Our first night was full of laughter and stories, to crying-drunk moments. We talk about how we all started, those silly moments at work, the cute love story of our 2 teammates, which we are only pushing together before, checking on how each of us is, and our plans for the future.
We set a campfire, and of course, marshmallows won't be absent. We had a total blast of a night, one of the core memories to be kept!
After the long night, we woke up together the next day, preparing breakfast early even though we slept until almost 4 am already, because we are to freshen up at the river.
This river is quite far from the house. We walked about 20-30 minutes to reach the place, which is so worth it anyway, given the cold, refreshing water. of course, this is another set of stories and playful moments.
Time flies so fast that we all need to go already. Our trip ended, but our bond will stay. The memories we've created will also be the memories we will crave, which will bring us back together next time on our next trip.
