Hello 👋🏼, my fellow hardworking Hiverians. It's Jess. Hello again; it's been a while. The last blog I had was in June, but I've come to realize how it stores and keeps memories for me as I enjoy my journey with many different lessons learned and blessings.
Today marked the big comeback and beginning again of being a person who will pursue what I really love, and that is to tell stories and share lessons learned as well as tour you around on my story.
For my story today I will be sharing one of my greatest prayer requests to God. To give a little background, we don't really have our own house or even our own land. Since the day we were demolished from a rented house in Manila, we have come home here to Bohol, where my father lived, so since then we've just been living in a house that is not ours.
Ours is just that we need to take care of the house, and right now in our situation, my father's sister has already given us a word that we only have until December in her house because she will go home, so now back then I was worried: where should we live? What should we do? Despite all the questions, I stopped and talked to God about it, and soon God answered it slowly.
From the beginning, we were able to receive help from my auntie, who promised to be the one who would buy the roof for our house.
Second, the beginning of building this house took so long, especially since it was my father alone who built it, yet God gave us a person who helped my father start the building period.

So here's an image of how it started and ended for a while; I think it was a month after this picture.
Today, October 30, was my second time visiting, and I was able to help them. I'm having a boarding house; that's why I'm so busy with some responsibilities in school. I wasn't able to visit them for a month, and I thank God because finally today I was able to visit them as well as our future new home.

So here's an image of my hardworking father, who has the majority of the work since the start. I'm thankful to my father as always and thankful to God for giving him strength to do the job.
He just showed his best as being the foundation of the house. Always grateful for his sacrifices for us 🙌🏼
My mother and my brother, we just arrived at the place it was a bit exhausting like hiking hahaha but it was all worth it after all

These were the two sides where it was finally done, and the other two sides aren't yet done. There's still so much work to do with this house, yet I'm still believing in God's perfect timing and flow in finishing this house.

This is the other side when you are in the road, still on progress!

Our area, which wasn't ours either, was such a beautiful, peaceful place where we could see the ocean from afar. It was a place I dream of, having been surrounded by nature as well as being a peaceful one, literally a peaceful one.
We we're having a good time together while testing for a while

I was able to have bonding with my youngest sibling, John Kyle; he just misses me because he wants my tablet, all by playing a game, hahahaha. My siblings are so precious to me that I would do my best to give them a better education soon. Being a breadwinner wasn't an easy task or responsibility, but I'm doing the very best I can to give glory and credit to God, who is the author of my story.
So far that's all for my big comeback; until next time again. I'm still hoping to receive support here from everyone. Thank you; I appreciate it so much. ❤
