I was recently listening to a podcast about coping with uncertainty, and one of the points the guest made was setting goals with a timeframe which suit your specific capabilities and needs as a way to avoid burnout or analysis paralysis.

Maybe shoot for a week of creative posts, take a break to reflect for a couple days, and then decide whether to go for a longer one? Goals need to be big enough to feel like an accomplishment, but not so daunting they're a burden.
