A veces sólo queda salir para soltar y despejar la mente, una salida que te renueve el alma, un dulce que te acompañe, un cálido ambiente, que te muestre y te diga todo pasa, nada dura para siempre, y si esas cosas pasan es por algo.
Pero es allí dónde uno se pregunta tanto, porque a mí, porque siempre me sucede a mí, que estoy haciendo mal, porque no simplemente fluye todo, y avanzo con serenidad y calma.
Son preguntas que no tienen respuesta, o que sólo Dios las sabe, de tal caso, a uno no le queda de otra que aceptarlo, buscar la manera de procesarlo y seguir adelante.
Un helado siempre alegra el corazón, o así dicen, una salida para respirar y mantener la calma, con tanta tormenta a tú alrededor, porque difícil resulta a veces,la vida.
Bueno el ayer es pasado, el hoy es tu presente y el mañana tu futuro, respirar y seguir confiando, es lo único que he tenemos.

Sometimes all you can do is go outside to let go and clear your mind, an outing that refreshes your soul, a sweet treat to keep you company, a warm atmosphere that shows you and tells you that everything passes, nothing lasts forever, and if these things happen, it's for a reason.
But it's there that you ask yourself so many questions: Why me? Why does this always happen to me? What am I doing wrong? Why can't everything just flow, and why can't I move forward with serenity and calm?
These are questions that have no answer, or that only God knows. In that case, you have no choice but to accept it, find a way to process it, and move on.
An ice cream always cheers the heart, or so they say. It's a way to breathe and stay calm with so many storms around you, because life can be difficult sometimes.
Well, yesterday is the past, today is your present, and tomorrow is your future. Breathing and continuing to trust is all we have.
