Many of us are guilty of poor lifestyle choice, from not eating well and having oddball sleep patterns. And this is something that we should all think about and start acting on.
Poor sleep cycles results in additional fatigue accumulation and body lacking recovery or detox. And this is why we need to really relook at our lifestyle, if possible we should try to get regular sleep patterns and also work on our eating habits.
The work we have and the urgency to deliver often cause us to sacrifice sleep to deliver. The need to attend meetings and rush out report might also cause us to either skip meals or opt for fast food.
Wellness and good lifestyle choices are neglected but are actually very essential. Relook at our daily habits, seek out ways to improve our lifestyle. Exercise, eat well and adopt regular sleep patterns if we can. Remember, fruits and vegetables to be included in diet and also ample sleep to ensure we are recharged daily.
