The project dateline is fast approaching so the team got together and discuss what are the remaining task that needs to be completed and who will be assigned to do each task. It was a good discussion with everyone giving their inputs on what had ben done so far.
However, when it came to the splitting of work, the leader of the team Johnny shared his assignment of task to each individual. Everyone else was ok with what they are being assigned except for Jessie. When being shared what she is being assigned, she immediately replied, "I beg to differ, why are you assigning me this task? I have been working on this for bulk of the project, someone else should take over and not continue asking me."
Johnny explained to her, while indeed she had been working on it for a long while and because of the timeline consideration, it will be better for her to continue than to assign someone new to pick it up from scratches and start again. After understanding Johnny's point of view, she agreed and the team members each embark on their assigned task in a race against time to complete their project.
