There is currently no real cure for cancer. While many research and funding have been pooled in seek of a real cure for caner. With many mutations ongoing to the human genome, there is a dire cry out for a cure.
This is similar to work culture which corruption and mutation is occurring on a daily basis. It might not be something that is easy discovered but the way we work has changed and is mutating like cancer. The most significant one came from the work from home practices that become prevalent during the COVID-19 years. With everyone enabled to work from home, it has now been assumed that any work request can be triggered and employees can be triggered anytime to work because now systems are enabled for work from home. The connectedness we have to system have caused inevitable effects and disruption to our lives because is effectively in our hands through our mobile phones.
Boundaries have been broken, expectations have risen and this effectively has no cure as well. Something to ponder..
