Is There A Human Being In Heaven Now?- MCGI Topic Review

in MCGI Cares Hive11 days ago

So while watching the video that Brother Eli made, explaining John 3 vs 13 and Ephesians 4 vs 8.

It was a powerful reminder that clarity and authority of Jesus Christ was the teaching of Brother Eli and emphasizes visually only Jesus who descended from heaven has to ascend back to it.

The truth comes through the doctrines and teachings of men. Let's take for the idea of Mary or Elijah already being in heaven. And this gives us a straightforward message in the Bible. It's humbling to us to realize.

Do you know how humbling it is to realize that some of the tradition that we lean on, instead of tossing on the one who truly knows the heaven's realities, So this really got me thinking about how we as Christians, how we live our lives and align it into God's way.

Especially when it comes to breaking free from those bad habits and wrongdoings. In the Bible, Brother Eli Soriano took his time to explain and give his points on how Jesus was the ultimate guide to every life of a believer. So for us to stop wrongdoings, first of all, we need to listen to his teaching.

John 6:38. Tells us that Jesus came
only to do the work. The will of his Father, which is in heaven. So this is our starting point. We have to surrender our desires to God's purpose.

Take for example bad habits like laziness, thhese bad habits often stem from putting ourselves or our will first. So in order to break this bad habit, we have to replace our selfish desires and impulses with, intentional obedience and sacrifice to God.

In Ephesians chapter 4, verse 8, which we mentioned that Jesus is giving us gifts unto men. Which of these gifts are we talking about?

These gifts are like wisdom, the gift of the Holy Spirit, the power of speaking in tongues, which need to empower us to overcome sin when we seek them. Through the study of the word of God, So what I've learned from this, breaking these bad habits, is that it requires daily commitments.

It requires the Holy Spirit. It's not about being perfect all the time, or just replacing negative actions with positive ones, like choosing kindness or frustration.

That is why in the book of Philippians 4: 13, this reminds us that we can do all things through Christ who is blessing us.

When we surrender ourselves to God, We can do all things through Christ who is blessing us. And when we are in a church, and we are being granted with the biblical words, this also helps us to stay accountable.

I must say, the teaching of Bola Elisra don't hit me hard. Jesus is the only one who has been to heaven and back. So why do we trust anyone else's words or vice?

So this as a parameter, we think on how to tackle my bad habits, on my own strength. I'm trying to lean on Jesus' teaching now and praying for his guidance.

Let's keep studying the Bible and supporting each other to live out God's will.

Thank you.
