15th April!
I probably would remember that day every 15th of every month.
Don't worry about asking me why cause you might get tired reading it on my page from month to month, I wouldn't stop except I forget, just like I did last month because of my choked up schedules.
I promised myself I wasn't going to forget or miss it this month even if it were to be the last thing I would do before the day ends, so here I am just as I promised myself.
I'm two months old today! Yes you read that right, I'm two months Hive baby and I am very much happy to say this out loud, few weeks ago when I started, it didn't feel like I was going to show up this much and though it might not really be enough, I was willing to give it a shot and I am pleased that I did, I know with each passing day I will do much better and set even greater goals and targets for myself concerning this place.
But for now, please permit me to congratulate, applaud and encourage myself.
I also know it seems like a very minute thing to celebrate but I already made the promise to myself like I said earlier, to celebrate every time I'm a month older till I become a year old here.
And I am definitely keeping to that promise so you will continue seeing my months celebrations till I get to a year here.
You might be tempted to ask what I have achieved so far in this two months, I'll be very honest with you that I haven't achieved so much, I only know I keep showing up and that is what matters, I have 16 amazing Hivers who deemed me fit for a follow, perhaps they saw a new user that needed a hand to hold onto and they chose to stretch forth their hands and welcomed me to grab onto and for that I've always been grateful.
16 beautiful people who may possibly come across my posts every now and then or at least once in their period of scrolling through their "following feeds". Seeing these 16 people encourage me in my early days with their follow, I felt some one was kind enough to want to read from me once in a while and so they followed me.
I wasn't asking for too much, as much as I crave that bigger audience but these few encouraged me just by logging into my Hive and seeing the number on my page, it feels very encouraging.
And don't misquote me, I am not saying these 16 people are my fans or my constant supporters, sometimes I get supported by people that aren't even following me and I am not even following them either and that also I don't take for granted.
I am just saying that it takes some humbling decision for an old user to follow a new user that he or she might not really benefit from monetarily.
So to my very few audience, thank you so much for trusting me and doing this with me, for just being an encouragement to me through your followership, I am forever grateful.
So far so good, I think that has been my biggest achievement in my two months of being here. I wish to add more things to my portfolio here and in due time and season, I will do just that.
