Care must be taken when organising one's digital presence so as to ensure activities are carried out seamlessly.

How do you keep your digital life organized?

Being a very busy person who is also spontaneous, I have a whole lot of apps that I make use of on a daily basis and some of them, I have to call upon them very quickly to avoid missing out from time to time.

Hence, I arranged my home screen in such a way that my applications which I often have urgent need of or frequently use are placed in places where I can access them reflexly.

My chatting apps like WhatsApp, discord and telegram are carefully kept for easy access while my Gmail is also placed conspicuously to avoid missing important mails when they come.
My music player and video player are also on the home page with my camera and sound recorder.

Being an academician, my dictionary and chrome is also on the homepage with my calculator.
Of course, binance and bybit cannot be far from a crypto enthusiast like me, I gotta check my coins frequently and to avoid unnecessary losses, I placed these apps on my home screen too.

These are just a few of my apps but they happen to be my most used and most important apps which is why I arranged them for easy access.

This has saved me a lot of time and stress while ensuring maximum productivity especially as a student.

For example, the camera and sound recorder came in handy especially those times I would see a concept or picture which I need to refer to later or discuss with a colleague or teacher. I quickly bring out my phone and my camera is staring at me, I was able to capture a lot of pictures that helped me pass my exams by having this handy.

Same goes for the recorder, certain times, we are discussing with a teacher and he suddenly begins to talk fast and dropping important points. Because I was not very fast in writing, I had to make my own arrangements so as not to miss out. The recorder was like my notebook, I could not do without it.

It got to a point that when my friends were reading a note, I just plug in my earphones and begin to replay my recordings.

One has to take charge of his life by being as organised as is possible in order to boost productivity and minimise wastage.

The advantages of being organised cannot be overemphasized, especially in our time where there are lots of distractions calling on our attention.
You could open your phone to browse the dictionary but a pop up from tiktok quickly makes you forget your initial plans.

But if they were organised ahead of time, the necessary application would grab your attention as soon as you open up your phone.

It doesn't come by accident anyway, intentionality is essential as well as flexibility and adapting as new digital needs arise.

I'm also like this: we organized my digital life. I don't know, how people function in crowded/messy phones/pc!

They don't know what they are missing. Organization saves one a lot of time, energy and stress.
