Financial Freedom

I remember joining the crypto space the enthusiasm that accompanied it. With a social space like Hive, it wasn't difficult to get excited as a lot of positive energy flowed from the blogs of so many, especially during the good times. The thought then was that crypto had the potential to become a pathway to financial freedom.

Fast forward serval years later and this has proven itself True, although not everyone has benefited. The space has delivered on its promise of financial freedom to so many, but only for those who were either patient enough for the long haul, lucky or willing to risk significant loss. For those who have never really believed in the space in that regards, things have more or less stayed the same.

I sometimes question my own beliefs about the space because I probably should have gotten a lot more from it. Yet years of inconsistency and what I can only sum as a lack of discipline has resulted in the ugly situation where am neither here nor there as far as the plans for financial freedom is concerned. That I leaned so heavily on my day job without carving out a pathway for crypto growth is something am obviously not happy about.

My current job has me yearning for financial freedom, as I consider it rather stultifying. Am convinced that the surest pathway is still through crypto and while there have been missed opportunities in the past, it doesn't hurt to envision the future.
