(Eng/Esp) Kekkai Sensen: I didn't understand anything, but I still liked it!

¿Alguna vez han visto algún anime que los dejo volando en una nube porque no entendieron absolutamente nada de lo que sucedió, ni al principio ni al final, pero de todas formas les gusto? Esto es lo que me paso con Kekkai Sensen, a pesar de que no entendí absolutamente nada de la trama sin tener que orientarme buscando información en internet a medida que lo iba viendo, algo me atrapo y por eso esperaba ansiosa un nuevo capítulo cuando su segunda temporada estuvo en emisión. Generalmente cuando no logro comprender un anime y se vuelve muy pesado para mi seguirle el ritmo, lo abandono, pero este no lo abandone e incluso me emocione cuando anunciaron su segunda temporada y la disfrute tanto como la primera y hasta hoy ni yo sé por qué, pero les dejare algunas opiniones al respecto, ¡acompáñenme!

Have you ever watched an anime that left you feeling completely lost because you didn't understand anything that happened, neither at the beginning nor at the end, but you still liked it anyway? That's what happened to me with Kekkai Sensen. Even though I didn't understand anything about the plot without having to look up information on the internet as I watched it, something grabbed me, and that's why I eagerly awaited each new episode when the second season aired. Usually, when I can't understand an anime and it becomes too difficult for me to keep up, I give up on it, but I didn't give up on this one. I was even excited when they announced the second season, and I enjoyed it as much as the first. To this day, I still don't know why, but I'll leave you with some thoughts on it. Join me!

Ni se imaginan lo que me costó poder entender esta serie y seguirle el ritmo, cada capítulo nuevo que veía me dejaba más confundida, pero a la vez mas intrigada, supongo que mi deseo de saber qué era lo que estaba sucediendo era más grande que mi confusión y lo más gracioso es que mientras veía la serie, buscaba en internet a alguien que supiera explicarme lo que estaba sucediendo y solo me encontré con un montón de personas desorientadas como yo, pero lo curioso es que a pesar de que ellos también estaban confundidos, les gusto y admitieron que la serie tiene un no sé qué, que te hace querer verlo hasta el final, al menos ya no estaba sola.

You can't imagine how hard it was for me to understand this series and keep up with it. Every new episode I watched left me more confused, but at the same time more intrigued. I guess my desire to know what was happening was greater than my confusion. The funny thing is that while I was watching the series, I searched the internet for someone who could explain what was happening, and I only found a bunch of people who were as confused as I was. But the funny thing is that even though they were also confused, they liked it and admitted that the series has a certain something that makes you want to watch it until the end. At least I wasn't alone anymore.

Supuestamente el escenario es el siguiente, se abrió una brecha entre la Tierra y el mas allá y los monstruos del otro plano comenzaron a invadir el planeta Tierra, pero la ciudad de Nueva York quedó atrapada en una especie de esfera impenetrable y lo que vi en el anime es un mundo en donde humanos y monstruos tuvieron que aprender a convivir luego de ese colapso, pero claro, siempre hay alguien que intenta perturbar esa paz y ahí es donde aparecen nuestros protagonistas tratando de mantener el orden entre ambos mundos. Los personajes son carismáticos, ese es otro punto por el cual decidí verlo hasta el final, la acción es muy buena, tiene comedia, momentos súper absurdos y giros de trama que solo terminaron por confundirme mucho más, sí, se puede uno confundir más.

What I saw in the anime is a world where humans and monsters had to learn to coexist after that collapse. But of course, there is always someone who tries to disturb that peace, and that is where our protagonists appear, trying to maintain order between both worlds. The characters are charismatic, which is another reason why I decided to watch it until the end. The action is very good, it has comedy, super absurd moments, and plot twists that only ended up confusing me even more. Yes, it is possible to get even more confused.
