Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de @fulldeportes. Es un gusto y placer saludarlos en este inicio de semana. Deseándoles éxitos, salud y mucho ánimo. Hoy les comparto una increíble y fascinante experiencia ejercitándome en un hermoso y fascinante país.
Me encuentro unos días en Liechtenstein, región de fascinantes paisajes, naturaleza y espléndidas montañas que me llenan de energía y regocija mi espíritu. El día de ayer, estuvo despejado y con algo de sol, motivo por el cual nos entusiasmamos a emprender una caminata para respirar aire puro, estar en movimiento, aprovechar el buen tiempo y recibir todo lo bueno que proporciona la naturaleza.
Mi yerno sabe que me gusta el deporte y mi inclinación por las actividades de caminata, ejercicios y entrenar en el Gym. Por este motivo, me llevó a las instalaciones deportivas en donde había canchas de tenis y una enorme cancha de fútbol ⚽️. También nos contó a mi hija y a mi que en ese campo deportivo entrenó su papá durante su juventud y, que además representó a un equipo de fútbol de su país. ¿Qué fascinante historia, verdad?.
Esta caminata la comenzamos acerca de las 1:00 de la tarde después de un buen desayuno. El recorrido inició en el estacionamiento, recorriendo una distancia para llegar a la entrada de las instalaciones deportivas. En primer lugar bajamos escaleras, caminamos por todo el lugar, observando a las personas practicando su deporte, especialmente niños y jóvenes.

Pude tomar fotos a la cancha de fútbol y también las de tenis. Observando todo muy bien cuidado, limpio y señalización de todos los espacios. La verdad que me encantó 💕. Pude observar como se combina las instalaciones deportivas con la naturaleza. Les muestro que fué un largo recorrido por los sembradios de trigo, manzana y pasto para animales, especialmente vacas.
Caminamos por una especie de acera o camineria muy larga en donde pudimos notar personas ejercitándose, paseando a sus mascotas y disfrutando del tiempo hermoso que estuvo a nuestro favor. Les cuento que este fué el día en que experimenté más frío jajaja. Por eso me vestí con una chaqueta. Tanto mi yerno como mi hija, vestían ropa deportiva algo descubierta. Me imagino que ya acostumbrados a este clima.

En esta caminata subimos y bajamos escaleras. También caminamos por espacios y caminos de montaña, hicimos ejercicios de respiración y también algo de trote para dar algo de movimiento y más exigencia. También quise demostrar mis condiciones y resistencia jajaja. Me encantó y espero que continuemos realizando estas actividades durante mi visita por este hermoso y grandioso lugar.
Es importante que nos ejercitemos y estemos en movimiento, especialmente si tenemos la oportunidad de disfrutar del esplendor la naturaleza y en buena compañía. Al final del día la satisfacción por haberme ejercitado, disfrutado de un hermoso ambiente natural y la felicidad de estar con mi querida hija y yerno.

Hello to all my dear friends of @fulldeportes. It is a pleasure and pleasure to greet you at the beginning of this week. Wishing you success, health and lots of encouragement. Today I share with you an incredible and fascinating experience exercising in a beautiful and fascinating country.
I am spending a few days in Liechtenstein, a region of fascinating landscapes, nature and splendid mountains that fills me with energy and rejoices my spirit. Yesterday, it was clear and with some sunshine, which is why we were excited to go for a walk to breathe fresh air, be in movement, take advantage of the good weather and receive all the good things that nature provides.
My son-in-law knows that I like sports and my inclination for walking, exercising and training in the Gym. For this reason, he took me to the sports facilities where there were tennis courts and a huge soccer field ⚽️. He also told my daughter and me that his father trained in that sports field during his youth and also represented a soccer team of his country. What a fascinating story, isn't it?
We started this walk around 1:00 in the afternoon after a good breakfast. The tour started in the parking lot, walking a distance to get to the entrance of the sports facilities. First we went down stairs, walked all over the place, watching people practicing their sport, especially children and youngsters.
I was able to take pictures of the soccer field and the tennis court. Observing everything very well kept, clean and signage of all spaces. I really loved it 💕. I was able to observe how the sports facilities are combined with nature. I show you that it was a long walk through the wheat fields, apple and pasture for animals, especially cows.
We walked along a very long sidewalk where we could see people exercising, walking their pets and enjoying the beautiful weather that was in our favor. I have to tell you that this was the day I experienced the coldest day hahaha. That's why I wore a jacket. Both my son-in-law and my daughter, wore sports clothes a bit uncovered. I guess they are used to this weather.
On this walk we went up and down stairs. We also walked through spaces and mountain trails, did breathing exercises and also some jogging to give some movement and more demand. I also wanted to show my condition and endurance hahaha. I loved it and I hope we continue to do these activities during my visit to this beautiful and great place.
It is important that we exercise and keep moving, especially if we have the opportunity to enjoy the splendor of nature and in good company. At the end of the day the satisfaction of having exercised, enjoyed a beautiful natural environment and the happiness of being with my beloved daughter and son-in-law.
