No, it was somehow by chance but one thing that I had in mind when I bought it is to have good access and not to be far away from the city. The property has access to a strategic road made out of concrete, thought to withstand even military equipment. So I paid attention to location and access; besides this, it was luck in my case as I didn't thing at that point at highway coming near my city.
