Baptisms, to me, often seem like one of the dullest events. However, even if an event feels boring, I always make an effort to empathize with what's happening. I baptized my daughters at my mother's request, and I believe many of us find ourselves in similar situations.

Baptism is a tradition that endures and holds significant importance. Many family members reunite during these moments, meeting their new relative for the first time. It's fascinating how urban life can separate us so much, yet these rituals, which many of us don't feel deeply, end up being profoundly important because they facilitate these gatherings.
El bautizo es una tradición que se mantiene y tiene una importancia significativa. Muchos familiares se reencuentran en esos momentos, conociendo a su nuevo familiar por primera vez. Es fascinante cómo la vida en la ciudad nos puede separar tanto, y sin embargo, estos rituales que muchos de nosotros no sentimos profundamente, terminan siendo sumamente importantes porque producen estos encuentros.
Although I'm not a person of many traditions, I do find great value in them, and I enjoy being a part of them by documenting them and creating beautiful memories.
