En años anteriores, el IPASME atendía a todo el pueblo, no obstante, en este último año, dos mil veinticinco, se le quitó ese servicio y solo se atiende al personal activo y jubilado del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación.
Además informo que el IPASME otorga créditos a todos sus afiliados. También da electrodomésticos, línea blanca y marrón a todos sus afiliados. En muchas ocasiones los servicios son suspendidos, se han hecho cualquier cantidad de reclamos con propuestas a fin de que se corrijan las situaciones incómodas para bien de los los usuarios del IPASME.
