Limicolaria Flammea is a species of of a land snail in the family of achatinidae they have a beautiful shining flame like shell which is usually zigzag with reddish brown. They are soft body with tentacles and muscular foot.

This habitant is common to West Africa Muslim Nigeria it prefers warm environment like rainforest, treebarks etc

How they feed
The feed on plants like leaves fruits and vegetables they are also known to be a pest in agricultural setting

Benefits
They are edible and consumed as a delicacy thereby providing high protein low fat and other minerals.
Snail slime is used for natural skin care
Snare fluid have been extracted to relieve cough
Snail in agriculture helps to decompose organic materials giving rich nutrients to the soil
In educational basis researchers observe the reproductive biology and adoption.
