Hello friends hivers, as promised is a debt, so I come to tell you about Sonson Antioquia, this beautiful town in the southeast of which I mentioned in the previous publication and that surprised me, this because I imagined it differently, let's say I did not have many expectations of it. However, I found a very large town, with a huge park, with a very beautiful church and different from the most common architecture, because it has a square geometric shape and where the bell and clock is a rectangle so to speak.
En los alrededores del parque hay muchos negocios, restaurantes, hoteles, cafeterías, entre otros. Es un pueblo muy religioso y por eso tiene 5 iglesias, varios museos y algo que me impacto fue que hay taxis, y el hecho de tenerlos indica lo grande que es; demás del transporte municipal e intermunicipal.
Around the park there are many businesses, restaurants, hotels, cafes, among others. It is a very religious town and therefore has 5 churches, several museums and something that struck me was that there are cabs, and the fact of having them indicates how big it is, in addition to municipal and intermunicipal transportation
Esté está rodeado de montañas y la vista es increíble. Provoca tomarse unas cervezas y escuchar buena música mientras se disfruta del paisaje o tomarse un café y conversar desde uno de sus balcones. De hecho tiene unos balcones que son patrimonio de Colombia y que enamoran porque son coloniales y coloridos, al igual que la mayoría de las casas y los hoteles que conservan está arquitectura.
It is surrounded by mountains and the view is incredible. It is a great place to have a few beers and listen to good music while enjoying the scenery or have a coffee and chat from one of its balconies. In fact, it has balconies that are part of Colombia's heritage and that you will fall in love with because they are colonial and colorful, just like most of the houses and hotels that preserve this architecture.
Yo hice algunas capturas de algunas calles, inclusive una dónde me hospede y se ve muy bonita, también le tome foto a una segunda iglesia de fachada gris que se ve muy hermosa, cerca de allí se encontraba un museo sin embargo ya estaba cerrado y no fue posible visitar ninguno de ellos, ya que estaba finalizando la tarde y me quedó pendiente visitarlos, además del paramo de Sonsón y varias de sus cascadas.
I took some pictures of some streets, including one where I stayed and it looks very nice, I also took a picture of a second church of gray facade that looks very beautiful, near there was a museum but it was already closed and it was not possible to visit any of them, as it was late afternoon and I had to visit them, besides the paramo de Sonsón and several of its waterfalls.
En definitiva para poder conocerlo bien se necesitarían por lo menos 2 semanas, también me enteré que en Agosto se celebran las fiestas del maíz, pues es su principal actividad económica, además del resto de la agricultura, el turismo y la ganadería.
Les prometo de nuevo que en cuanto regrese haré buenas fotografías para mostrarles este mágico municipio, de su cultura, sus museos, su riqueza natural, su arquitectura y muchos más. Les deseo un gran fin de semana y nos vemos en una próxima historia.
In short, to get to know it well you would need at least 2 weeks, I also found out that in August they celebrate the corn festival, as it is their main economic activity, besides the rest of agriculture, tourism and livestock.
