Hello, beautiful ladies of the hive; welcome to my blog.
Craving is something that you can't avoid at times, even if you are on a weight loss. Like me, I decided to go on a weight loss, and I've been managing it quite well.
Subsequent times, I do have cravings, but I tend to overcome them by making sure I have enough fruits in the house like carrots, apples, watermelons, and cucumbers.
Initially time, I tend to eat whatever comes my way, whatever I feel like eating, not minding if it is okay to eat at that particular time; I just eat it. I noticed that if I eat around 10, especially solid food like garri, rice, or even custard, around those times, I have a bloated stomach or indigestion.
Currently, I watch what I eat, and although i do go to work early in the morning. I hardly eat breakfast, which is actually bad, but I make sure I drink water throughout. As someone who wants to lose weight, I have a timetable for my food and time to eat the food equally.
In all my meal arrangements, fruits and water are always available. Those are my number one weight-loss foods and drinks. No more carbonated drinks except freshly pressed juice that is not acidic, like orange and pineapple.
If I'm eating my noodles, I make sure I add avocado or cucumber to it and a little crayfish inside, too. If it is jollof rice or white rice that I am going to eat, I add my steamed vegetables by the side. If it has to be soup then I'll eat it with other plantain flour or Millet.
I feel more healthy now and no longer feeling heavy but lighter and I have a more glowing skin now since I started regulating my food. Well, I think if you eat more healthily, like eating a more balanced diet, drinking enough water, and having enough rest, you will see your skin glowing without spending money on any organic soap or supplements.
Aside from doing it for weight loss, I intend to continue even after getting the weight I want. Cause I love the results I've been getting ever since.
Thank 💕 you for stopping by my blog
