RE: Dress Up?

in The Publast month

You know.. I think there really is something to this. It's like making the bed in the morning. It might seem like a silly thing to do, but if you dress to look decent even if you're working from home you bring a different vibe to the work day. Composed, presentable. We don't have to wear Gucci things, but a simple button down and pair of pants is good.

It's interesting because I've kind of adopted this without knowing it. Since I've been making it a point to daily make the bed, I've also been trying to put on a sweater for work instead of a hoodie or t-shirt or something. In some ways it has rubbed off at least subconsciously.

Basically you don't have to match fashion magazines with your clothes, but a certain level of decency is needed in my opinion. It's a sign of respect as well.
