Hey fam,
It’s another Monday over here in my timezone and I trust y’all have kickstarted the new week activities already. So today I made sure to engage well in the MODERN leagues so that I can get to know how the various characters on that league work. Just like the FRONTIER League, the MODERN league also requires strategies and skills but most importantly, you need to make sure your card collection is up to date as I just found out that my collections needs to be stocked up the more so I can win more battles. It’s not that easy winning a battles against a player whos got their cards leveled up and coll fully equipped.
I did win over five battles on the MODERN ranked play and also did the same over on the FRONTIER leagues and have been able to claim the first set of my prizes for the day. It consisted of an entry into this week’s FORTUNE Weekly draw. The cards which I claimed were two foundation cards which are the DIRE BEAR and the STURDY ACE WARDEN. I already own these two and will see to leveling them up. The first one is the one which I use more often because of the Archon card it falls under which is the AURELIA Archon card.
The feeling of winning a game on the MODERN league is on a different level entirely since that particular league is tougher I must say. It might take me a couple of weeks to fully understand how to combine cards so they can give me the expected result. FRONTIER took me two months so maybe this one will take me more or less hopefully. Let me try winning the remaining battles to claim my leftover sets for the day. I will be back soonest to give you guys feedback on my progress so far.
Those cards on my wishlist is my major priority now cos they will be what I will use to secure a good position on the leaderboard while I purchase more card packs which is the main secret to multiple victories on Splinterlands. I noticed that Hive price is doing well on the market. As at the time of writing the post , the current market price on CoinMarketCap is $0.1016 with a 24hr increase of 2.87% which is a good move for our dear coin. If Hive happens to be better in the nearest future, the spike will definitely affect the price of tokens on Hive-engine positively. Let’s hope for the best.
