Hello, if you allow me today I would like to review for you a youtube channel that has served me a lot of inspiration for what I do, among other things, in Hive, this is Cocina con Carmen, where my namesake prepares delicious recipes both sweet and savory, and many of these recipes (with changes that I have made) I have brought to my own blog.
Hola ¿Cómo están, si me permiten hoy me gustaría reseñar para ustedes un canal de youtube que me ha servido de mucha inspiración para lo que hago, entre otras cosas, en Hive, se trata de Cocina con Carmen, donde mi tocaya prepara deliciosas recetas tanto dulces como saladas, y muchas de esas recetas con cambios que realizado) las he traído a mi propio blog.
I knew about this channel because I used to watch the videos of “Cocina Para Todos”, directed and produced by Carmen's sons, I liked the recipes of that channel because they were easy and quick to prepare, it was a more modern and aesthetic format than the channels I knew until then, however, after the success of that channel, the boys decided to open one for their mother, “Cocina con Carmen”, since after all most of the recipes they used were hers.
Conocí este canal porque yo antes solía ver los videos de "Cocina Para Todos", dirigido y producido por los hijos de Carmen, me gustaban las recetas de ese canal porque eran fáciles y rápidas de preparar, era un formato más moderno y estético que los canales que yo conocía hasta ese entonces, sin embargo, tras el éxito de ese canal, los muchachos decidieron abrir uno para su madre, "Cocina con Carmen", ya que después de todo la mayoría de las recetas que ellos usaban eran de ella.
I like the playfulness and dynamism with which Carmen directs the channel and performs in front of the camera, besides the fact that her kitchen looks very clean and with an enviable harmony in the colors, she is very charismatic and explains with great precision each procedure in her recipes. I also like the fact that at the end she tastes her dishes and in this way describes the taste, texture and quality of the finished product.
Me gusta la jocosidad y el dinamismo con el que Carmen dirige el canal y se desenvuelve ante la cámara, además de que su cocina se ve muy limpia y con una armonía en los colores envidiable, ella es muy carismática y explica con mucha precisión cada procedimiento en sus recetas. También me gusta el hecho de que al final ella prueba sus platillos y de esta manera describe el sabor, la textura y la calidad del producto terminado.
My favorite video was when she announced that she would finally publish her first recipe book, something wonderful that she had worked tirelessly for and finally, with the help of her children she was able to achieve it, currently, if I'm not wrong, she already has a second book published, and at the end of each video she always promotes it, but the nice thing is that her children organized a special video where they gave her in her hands her first book (obviously she was in the process, prepared the recipes, took the pictures and all that) but she didn't know when it would be ready.
Mi video favorito fue cuando ella anunció que finalmente publicaría su primer libro de recetas, algo maravilloso por lo que había trabajado sin descanso y finalmente, con ayuda de sus hijos pudo lograrlo, actualmente, si no estoy mal, ya tiene un segundo libro publicado, y al final de cada video siempre lo promociona, pero lo bonito es que sus hijos organizaron un video especial donde le entregaron a ella en las manos su primer libro (obviamente ella estuvo en el proceso, preparó las recetas, hizo las fotos y todo eso) pero no sabía para cuando estaría listo.
This channel has served me on several occasions, not only as inspiration for the recipes that from time to time I like to upload to Hive, but for my daily life, sometimes I do not know what to prepare, but when I see her videos I immediately get thousands of ideas in my head. On the other hand I like the order in which her channel is structured, as she has made several playlists dividing all her preparations by recipes.
Este canal me ha servido en varias ocasiones, no solo como inspiración para las recetas que de vez en cuando me gusta subir a Hive, sino para mi vida cotidiana, a veces no sé que preparar, pero cuando veo sus videos enseguida me vienen miles de ideas a la cabeza. Por otra parte me gusta el orden en el que está estructurado su canal, ya que ha elaborado varias listas de reproducción dividiendo por recetas todas sus preparaciones.
It is always good to have a channel like this at hand because one of these recipes could make you look like a good host with your guests, or just to get out of the routine preparing something easy, fast and different, so I hope this recommendation has been great for you.
