Crecemos en conjunto gracias al aporte individual enfocado hacia el éxito aquí en Hive. Son estas las palabras con las cuales me gustaría introducir mi perspectiva sobre lo que deseo alcanzar en este año aquí en nuestra plataforma. Gracias a esta nueva propuesta mediante @hivecreators nos encontramos con una serie de preguntas que no solo nos invitan a pensar en nuestras metas sino que también transmite un aire de ánimo y confianza, de saber que hay muchas cosas buenas por delante y mucho trabajo por hacer y disfrutar. Porque lo mejor de todo es que en este universo llamado Hive, tenemos mucho para seguir creciendo y creyendo sin miedo a nada más.
Pensar en mis metas va más allá de lo que quizás al principio era un claro objetivo, como el de escribir una cantidad determinada de publicaciones o participar activamente en varias comunidades. Obviamente no quiero decir que ya esto no sea importante, pero gracias a la experiencia obtenida aquí ahora quiero darle más propósito y sentido a mi trabajo dentro de la plataforma. No solo quiero enfocarme en lo que puedo lograr a nivel personal sino que también deseo aportar más, estar más activo y seguir explorando muchos campos nuevos que me permitan dejar una huella especial que sirva de apoyo a los que estamos y anime a otros a sumarse a Hive.
We grow together thanks to individual contributions focused on success here at Hive. These are the words with which I would like to introduce my perspective on what I hope to achieve this year here on our platform. Thanks to this new proposal from @hivecreators, we are faced with a series of questions that not only invite us to think about our goals but also convey a sense of encouragement and confidence, knowing that there are many good things ahead and a lot of work to do and enjoy. Because the best thing of all is that in this universe called Hive, we have a lot to continue growing and believing in without fear of anything else.
Thinking about my goals goes beyond what was perhaps initially a clear objective, such as writing a certain number of posts or actively participating in various communities. Obviously, I don't mean to say that this is no longer important, but thanks to the experience I've gained here, I now want to give more purpose and meaning to my work within the platform. I don't just want to focus on what I can achieve on a personal level, but I also want to contribute more, be more active, and continue exploring many new fields that will allow me to leave a special mark that will support those of us who are here and encourage others to join Hive.
Intención y claridad. Realmente es lo que necesito para poder sentirme como un verdadero hiver. Confieso que por momentos he querido "tirar la toalla" como algunos suelen decir, pero luego reflexiono en todo lo que he logrado y termino ahuyentando todas esas incertidumbres. Apoyar un proyecto claro y firme es una meta que me gustaría alcanzar desde ya, y sé que con un poco de orientación e información puedo dar más de lo que he logrado en el poco tiempo que tengo aquí en Hive. Ciertamente con las publicaciones y la interacción se puede hacer mucho, pero este año me gustaría ir un poco más allá con buena actitud y disposición.
Pensar en cuánto Hive Power puedo generar y cuánto puedo invertir es también para mí una tarea pendiente que debo fijar con más importante. Reconozco que por momentos me ha sido difícil ya que prácticamente a veces dependo de lo poco que genero aquí y estoy consciente que muchos están en la misma situación. No obstante, invertir en la plataforma es una muestra del cariño y aprecio que tengo por lo que hago, y por lo tanto lo considero como una tarea pendiente que no deseo dejar pasar por más tiempo. Como la mayoría de los creadores de contenido, quizás pensar en el valor del Hive ahora pudiera desanimarnos un poco pero tengo esa bonita expectativa y certeza de que este año las cosas pueden pintar muchísimo mejor.
Intention and clarity. That's really what I need to feel like a true Hiver. I confess that at times I've wanted to "throw in the towel," as some people say, but then I reflect on everything I've achieved and end up dispelling all those uncertainties. Supporting a clear and firm project is a goal I would like to achieve right now, and I know that with a little guidance and information, I can give more than I have achieved in the short time I have been here at Hive. Certainly, a lot can be done with posts and interaction, but this year I would like to go a little further with a good attitude and willingness.
Thinking about how much Hive Power I can generate and how much I can invest is also a pending task for me that I must set as more important. I recognize that at times it has been difficult for me since I sometimes depend on the little I generate here, and I am aware that many are in the same situation. However, investing in the platform is a sign of the love and appreciation I have for what I do, and therefore I consider it a pending task that I do not want to put off any longer. Like most content creators, perhaps thinking about the value of Hive now could discourage us a little, but I have that nice expectation and certainty that this year things can look much better.
Asistir a un Meetup, conocer otros Hivers o por qué no hasta pensar en crear una nueva comunidad son ideas que siempre han estado presentes en mí, y pienso que poner estas metas en un contexto claro y definido puede ayudarme a desarrollar ese enfoque que deseo alcanzar este año. ¿Mejorar en el contenido que comparto? Eso es algo que no debe perderse desde el horizonte a seguir, y más si puedo tener un efecto positivo para que otros también despierten la motivación necesaria para pensar que hay muchas metas para trabajar aquí en Hive.
Sin importar la meta que sea, lo esencial es no dejar de pensar en que siempre tendremos algo por hacer en nuestra plataforma. Gracias a iniciativas y planteamientos como este todos tenemos esa bonita oportunidad para seguir trabajando. Con esfuerzo y dedicación se pueden lograr muchas cosas, y cada uno de nosotros puede ser parte de algo que empiece desde una pequeña meta o visión para luego convertirse en algo grande y muy especial.
