Amazon used to be a lot better at stuff like that, but it's almost like they got too big for themselves and they really lost some of the charm that they used to have. Which is funny to say since we are talking about a massive retail chain.

I think this is the case and once they have enough orders rolling in, they can afford this. But it's sad to treat customers like this.
