So I was talking with my hive mentor some days ago and realized he said he was hungry and wants to eat. It already getting late into the night and I was wondering why he was eat by that time or wants to eat by that time.
Well mind you if this was just a one time event, maybe I would have turned a deaf ear and mind by my busy but every other time we talked, he was always chewing on something or is planning to chew on something and it’s always late at night.

We only get to talk mostly at night because he’s a very busy person and would have time to answer some questions only when he’s done with the day’s activities. Something am ever grateful for. But this particular night again, here he was about to chew on something.
I got curious with the hunger complaints and asked what he was about to eat. He mentioned bread, milk and groundnuts. Now that doesn’t sound like dinner to me. So I asked, is that your dinner?
He said no that he has eaten dinner ofcourse earlier in the evening and then I asked, so what is this one you want to eat now? He answered “The last night boss specials”.
I laughed and asked is this “The last night boss specials or a bad habit? So I don’t see why you have to eat late night eating everyday after eating dinner already. Am sure that today he is still going to eat another “The last night boss specials”. Hahahaha. He’s just lucky to have a good physique and don’t get them pot bellies.
Well, over to you. Do you also eat The last night boss specials? or you gat some bad habits too for eating late and cover them with some sugar coated cheesy name?What’s your own name for your late night eating habit?
I have a lot of friends who are struggling with pot bellies and don’t even have the strength of working them out because of too much late night eating.
It’s advisable to eat dinner by by 5-6pm for early dinner eaters and standard is ok for 6-8pm but should be something light.Eating heavy at night and going to bed makes no way for them calories to get burnt up.
A lot of people get accumulated fats in their body and those with low metabolism had no way to shed them off.Over the weeks and months, them bellies emerge. The evidence of “The last night boss specials”. Hahahaha
