Friday! Последняя летняя пятница в этом году.
Summer flew by. In May, it seemed like there were 3 summer months ahead and there were a lot of plans for this summer. But God heard my plans and laughed at me. All the plans went into the trash.
What have I done in 3 months? I was doing something, but what was I doing? He solved simple current life problems. The most important thing this summer was my daughter's admission to University.
And so it turned out that on August 20, my son and his family came to visit, but my wife and daughter left for Moscow on August 22. My son is leaving for the North tomorrow morning.
Today is our last day. And so my son went for a walk with me at 6 a.m. He was able to wake up again! He's becoming an adult. He will soon be 36 years old. :) By the way, I became a grandfather at the age of 39.:)
My son is a hunter. He walked and looked around and saw fly agarics under the trees to the side of the path. It took me a lot of effort to get through the thorny briar thickets to capture these poisonous but beautiful guys.
Looking under the mushroom's umbrella-hat is also not an easy task. But I tried.
It was a family consisting of a father, mother and 2 children. This is usually how these mushrooms grow.
I recently watched a YouTube video of a girl professionally shooting small mushrooms. It's amazing. But she purposefully went into the forest to do it. My goal is to walk with my son and my dog. And my camera doesn't allow me to do what this photographer did.
I took my son along my furthest route through a large sandy beach behind a Black Forest. My son has not been here for more than 10 years. The last time we went fishing with him in this place. My son was walking along the path and said that everything had changed a lot. The forest captures the space.
This summer, I also took my youngest daughter along this route. I was showing this walk of ours.
I would like to gather all my children and grandchildren here. But I don't see that possibility yet.
On the way back, I saw something unusual on an old tree stump. mushrooms!
This orange shiver (Latin Tremella mesenterica) is a species of edible mushroom of the genus Shiver with a bright yellow or orange jelly-like fruit body, parasitizing fungi of the genus Peniophora.
It is parasitic on fungi of the genus Peniophora, found on dead branches and stumps of deciduous trees. It bears fruit from May to August; it is most active in late summer and autumn. The species has a cosmopolitan distribution, is most abundant in the temperate climate of the Northern Hemisphere, and is considered introduced in the Southern Hemisphere.
The mushroom contains the polysaccharide glucuronoxylomannan, B vitamins, amino acids, proteins, unsaturated fatty acids, carbohydrates and minerals (potassium, phosphorus, selenium).
In China and Korea, shivers are considered a delicacy and have been consumed for thousands of years. It is rare in Russia due to transportation difficulties and lack of tradition, but it is used to decorate salads, jams and broths.
No! We don't eat that.
