Children learn faster especially by example. Their heart is so pure that, they cannot differentiate wrong from right, which is why the holy book reminds us to teach them from infancy, so that when they grow up, they won't depart from it.
Through example, a child learns their first behavior. How to be confident, cheerful, bold and so on. These, they've watched their parents practice so many times and subconsciously, they've now adopted these pattern, Which eventaully have become their attitude as well.
Parent need to stop over pampering their children. They should learn to be gracious yet firm.
All of these pattern has a bearing the child. Although at first, the child may think their parents are strict, but when discipline is done with love. It makes it easier for the next party to follow suit.
They become used to it and eventually, it becomes their habit. That's why we see some kids so bold, peaceful and others chaotic and Ill mannered.
Parent has a big role to play to make the society a better one. The future of the tomorrow, lies the hands of the young ones of today. We all must do better.
Catch them young and teach them to be respectful to older ones, to be accountable for their actions, to apologize when they are wrong, to be honest, faithful, to be punctual, to be peaceful and learn to cohabit and so much. All of these little effort from each parent will amount to big help and the society at large will feel the impact.
They will much love, much security, much responsible adult and what's more? Kind and helpful people around.
I hope someday, we will look at our kids who will be grown and say oh yes!! We are proud of them, because of how beautiful they've grown to be reasonable and helpful, not just to us to people in general.
