Hello my lovely friends and lovers of @midnightowl, compliment of the season and how was your day. I welcome you all to my blog. I want to share with you what kept me awake at midnight .
This Christmas has been one of my best and favourable Christmas holiday, I have ever experienced so far, it has been a memorable one, being with family and seeing your loved ones again made me feel good, there's this joy that comes with uniting with family once again.
This season and period what has always kept me awake at midnight is heat, it's very terrible this days, the weather has been so sunny and hot this days which is so scotchy to the skin. Even though this harmattan season, there is nothing harmattan in the air, no breeze, the air just seized, which makes everyone to sweats profusely and I feel uncomfortable. To worsen the matter there has not been electricity light, the heat has prevented me from having a good sleep at night sleep.
So at night, because of the hotness and lack of breeze, we will stay awake and outside till midnight, and also almost till morning, there everyone as a family we all will come out at night to stay at the seat out that looks like an obi house, to receive fresh air. There we gist, chats, discuss about life and history and this has also serves as an venue where gather together as one big family, where we have fun, cracked jokes and catch up old good times. We stay out till midnight, when the cold has enter body, then I can then enter I side the room to sleep and there's also sometimes I end up sleeping outside till morning.
