Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes espero que se encuentren genial, llegamos al día 239 de este año 2024 haciendo 1 Burpee mas por día y aquí les tengo el resumen de los ultimos 5 días, estos días me han pegado fuertemente la fatiga y los dolores musculares, pero he aprendido a hacer un calentamiento de más de 10 minutos para poder estar preparado para lo que se viene y sobre todo para completar este Reto, más de 1000 burpees en 5 días, se dice fácil pero no es así, como todo lo valioso en la vida, espero se animen mas personas a hacer cosas dificiles cada día, fortaleciendo ese musculo de la voluntad y la disciplina.
