I really love cooking, so I love to cook something new during the holidays and enjoy it with my family.
This is basically a light breakfast recipe that you can enjoy with your family in the afternoon or evening.In my opinion, it increases family harmony and builds a good understanding between everyone. Another good thing is that it makes the golden afternoons during the holidays more fulfilling.So let's know the cooking ingredients and the complete process of its preparation.
Snacks Ingredients
☘️Cabbage cut into long pieces
☘️1 bowl gram flour
☘️1½ bowl rice flour
☘️2 tablespoons onion chopped 🧅
☘️1 tablespoon chopped green chilli 🌶
☘️1 tablespoon turmeric powder
☘️1 tablespoon salt
☘️1½ tablespoon of black pepper and cumin mix

Cooking Procedure
First, I took all the ingredients like chopped cabbage, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, gram flour, rice powder, salt, turmeric, cumin and black pepper powder in a big bowl.

Second, I mixed all the ingredients well with my hands, which mixed the cabbage and the rest of the ingredients well and made them a little soft.

Third, After mixing all the ingredients like this, I let it rest for a while.

Now, using my hands, I took some of the mixture of all the ingredients and made it into a round shape, then flattened it with the palm of my hand, thus giving it a pakora shape.

Finally, when a pot of oil is slightly hot, add the pakora and fry them until lightly browned.

After frying for a while, remove the pakoras from the oven and place them in a bowl.
